Ingredients (for 1 serving)
400 g oats
1 x 175 g Vanilla flavoured yogurt
1 Small grated carrot
½ Teaspoon Mixed Spice
1 Teaspoon Honey
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon of sultanas or dried nuts for topping
- Put the oats into a jar with a lid. Pour in the yogurt, ¾ of the grated carrot and add in the spices.
- Stir well until the mixtures is completely combined.
- Place in the fridge and leave to cool over night. (recommended chill for at least 5 hours)
- In the morning, give the oats a stir, and add the remaining ¼ of the carrot, along with the sultana or dried nuts.
