Blueberry & Honey Overnight Oats

Blueberry and Honey overnight oats is easy to make (less than 10 minutes in fact!) and a tasty way to start your day. Keeping your tummy fuller for longer they are high in fibre. With added ingredients such a fruit, honey, seeds and milk your breakfast is full of vitamins and minerals too. This recipe serves 1.

Ingredients

  • 40g blueberries
  • 60g oats
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 60g milk
  • 30g Greek yoghurt or Protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

This recipe can all be mixed in one bowl, then poured into your jar or container of choice. Once made it will need to chill in the fridge for at least 8 hours (overnight). Overnight oats can be left in the fridge for up to 5 days, this is handy for bigger batches!

Instructions

Pour the oats into a medium sized bowl, add in the milk, yoghurt, blueberries, seeds, honey and stir.

Pour into a lidded container and leave to soak.

In the morning give the oats a stir. Why not add in some extra blueberries or honey for sweetness.

To make this recipe dairy free used almond or coconut milk.
